I Quit Coffee

I quit coffee cold turkey in October. I was tired, unproductive and unmotivated for a period of 2.5 months after quitting.
But after the two months of withdrawal I have more energy than with coffee.
And it doesn't give me any crashes.
I've attempted this many times but never actually gone past the withdrawal period until now.
There are so many benefits such as background anxiety and coffee jitters gone, better sleep, more creative energy. More reflection and introspection. Coffee is like horse blinders you can focus but you miss things right in front of you.
